We make it the way it is made at home, with patience: the lamb simmers slowly in its jameed sauce, then joins the fragrant rice and shrak bread under a shower of toasted almonds and pine nuts.

Our fully equipped food truck (kitchen, fryers, refrigerated counter) parks at your place for outdoor events: company days, private parties, weddings at a country venue. Shawarma carved and falafel fried in front of your guests, live food entertainment thrown in. Subject to access and space.

Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes: falafel and mezze are vegetarian. Tell us about any diet or allergy in your request and we will adapt the menu.
Is your meat halal?
